We understand the demands of playing at all levels of competition, from NFL to the Olympic athlete, the one-on-one and small group sessions with our staff to conduct assessment. Our base program that caters to the needs and goals of each individual athlete’s wants will be met. All athletic development programs are specifically geared to increase, power, and speed among a variety of other athletic performance skills.

Unlike large corporate commercialized gyms who don't really have the extensive knowledge and experience with training, our team has over 25 years of experience as professional athletes and training; combined with Bachelors & Master’s degrees in Exercise & Wellness, Kinesiology, and Sociology, and Family & Human Development to name a few. We have very knowledgeable staff that can provide more than FITNESS training as we also provide MENTAL PERFORMANCE PREPARATION and a NUTRITIONAL EDUCATION CONSULTATION based on individual need. All in all, our plethora of trainings and activities will have a long and lasting impact that is surely crafted to enhance your life.

Lawrence provides our athletes with personalized plans to maximize performance by foods and supplements. Individualized meal program design. Access to nutrition resources including a grocery store food list.
MENTAL PERFORMANCE PREPARATION

Our classes are accessible to everyone, beginners and experienced students alike, regardless of your flexibility or level of fitness.
This is not “Regular yoga”… it is yoga with awareness. We do not encourage pushing, muscling and fighting to get into poses. Rather, we encourage you to explore your own edge mindfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
PRE-COMBINE WORK CAMP
(NFL/ High-school/College)- Our NFL Combine Preparation Camp provides athletes with a wide range of training that increases Strength, Explosive power, Conditioning, flexibility, agility, Injury Reduction, and speed considerably.
We make sure all of our camp participants are actually prepared for the mental and physical stressors of the Combines and Pro Day tests. We have also worked with many Division I college players also. Our approach really works high/college athletes or anyone that is trying to get ready for big-time football skills testing.
